the check-in was fast, the service was impeccable, plus spectacular location. bed was big and i liked a luxurious bathroom. it was good to have complimentary drinks in the downstairs bar. my experience at this branded hotel was absolutely amazing.

My experience was really really nice, everything was beautiful. Friendly service, even though a few employees were insufficient. The room was functional, bright with view to die for. Very central location, within walking distance of cleopatra bazar.
